The GREAT program benefits pre--teen and teen girls in an effort to expand young women's career and life choices, and increase their success in lifelong endeavors. The program provides education and awareness meetings that involve:

• setting and reaching goals
• her history
• teen pregnancy prevention
• increasing internal power through celibacy

The program also includes activities such as:

• recreational tours
• career tours
• career counseling
• computer literacy and subject tutoring
